Inga Chair Baxter

Roberto Lazzeroni is one of the Italian designers who best knows how to give objects a sensual shape, and in Baxter he found a company able to translate every one of his curves into leather. Inga started life as a pouf: a slightly flaring cylinder, open at front and back, with a small backrest that melts into the base. The chair and the stool are its natural evolution, designed to bring the same softness to the dining table and the kitchen.

A curve wrapped in leather

The seat is fully padded and upholstered in leather, with an ergonomically shaped back that hugs you without boxing you in. Underneath, a slender base lightens the whole silhouette. The connoisseur's detail is the tone-on-tone decorative trim that follows the outline: you won't spot it from across the room, but up close it tells you about the craftsmanship behind every Baxter piece.

From dining room to kitchen island

The chair is compact and pairs well with substantial tables without weighing them down. For kitchens with an island or counter there is the high stool, with an open cylindrical structure and a metal footrest, in two seat heights. A consistent family that works as well at home as in restaurants, hotels and high-end contract spaces.
